A collection of interactive lighting and furniture prototypes exploring the concept of objects as social actors. Light output is responsive to levels of conversation vs. contemplation controlled by a microphone and custom microcontroller. Furniture designed by Jenna Hill and prototypes fabricated at the University of Alberta Industrial Design Lab with the assistance of Ken Horne and Ray McAdam.
