An interior renovation for a young creative couple in Vancouver’s Mt Pleasant neighborhood; a 716 sq ft one bedroom condo in a five storey wood frame multi-unit building built in 1975. The project required engineering coordination to re-distribute the load of a structural wall and open up the main living space, creating a more functional kitchen and an ideal environment for entertaining guests.
